GardenandYardDecor offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $1000.00 or more within the Continental United States.

All orders are shipped within the continental United States by UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground usually within 3 to 5 days from receipt of order.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship C.O.D. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.

International orders: We do not ship outside of the 48 continental U.S.

Checking the Status of Your Order: All orders are shipped via UPS. Upon your request, we will provide the UPS tracking code so that you can check the status of your delivery via email. After you receive your tracking number, go to http://www.ups.com/ and click on "Tracking." Enter your tracking number in the space shown, and click "Track." You will be shown the status of your order. If you have any difficulty, please e-mail us at customercare@istockbargains.com. Provide your order number, e-mail address and date ordered.

Returns - If your item(s) arrives and is damaged upon arrival you can file a claim for replacement. We will need the item number and a picture of the item emailed to us within 10 days of arrival. Please send your claim including picture to orders@gardenandyarddecor.com. We will reply within 24 hours upon the receipt of your claim. We will send a shipping label to return the item. We will then have a replacement item sent. Of course, we will always prove reliable as customer satisfaction is our top priority.

UPS Shipped Late: We cannot issue a refund for merchandise if your order arrives late by UPS or any other carrier, so please order with plenty of time to spare for replacement or a delivery failure. If you were not available to sign for a scheduled delivery, this does not constitute a late delivery. Please be available to sign for your package or have it delivered to someone or some place that it may be signed for. These shipping policies cover anything that is drop shipped to you from our distributors as well. Carriers cannot help the fact that severe weather or natural disasters happen and we do not make refund claims on such late packages.
